such a disappoiting experience. the entrance was an absolute maze. also, my room had a missing item after the first day, like seriously? ! with the premium I paid, I at least expected a bottle of water. I almost thought about leaving a good review but just couldn’t, honestly. 10 shades of unimpressed.

During my stay, I loved being just a few steps from the beautiful Basilica of San Frediano and a less than 5-minute walk to the vibrant Via Fillungo, perfect for exploring local shops and cafes. the staff were friendly and the comfortable atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home.

Relais San Lorenzo nailed it! Gorgeous decor throughout, super comfy beds, and the shower pressure was on point. The staff were cute and gave great local tips. Only downside, my street-side room had some noise, but not a dealbreaker at all!

Beautifully styled historical building near attractions.
Finding the entry was frustrating. it’s not marked clearly. Our room had no kitchen access, limiting our options. The breakfast situation was disappointing—only a €10 voucher at a nearby cafe, which had limited choices and was inconveniently timed.

We had the most amazing time here. The kindness of the staff was above and beyond, they even helped us with our bags and offered great local tips.
It wasn't inexpensive but worth every penny we spent.

It was just a fine choice for a short stayover in Lucca with decent value for money. The shower had great pressure, which was refreshing after a long day exploring. Try to book early to get a room with a view of the quiet street.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location was perfect, with easy access to Florence and Pisa for day trips. The property is charming and comfortable, and the staff were super helpful. Make sure to check out the nearby theatre for special events.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing since it wasn't served on-site and the café had limited choices. Also, it didn't open until 10 am, which was inconvenient.

Really enjoyed my stay in the Double Room. The decor was stunning, with elegant antique furniture adding to the charm. The bathroom was huge and super clean. The shower pressure was fantastic. I had access to the beautiful Sun Room and Terrace, which were perfect for relaxing. Just a heads up, some noise came from downstairs late at night, but it didn't ruin the experience for me!
